Orisun.Farm needs a small amount of information to prepare, confirm and hand over your weekly meat pre-order. This notice explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number (WhatsApp-enabled) and email address.
- Your pickup hub, chosen cuts, weights, add-ons and any note you add to the order.
- Order and payment status. Card details are never stored by us — they are handled by Paystack.
Why we use it
- To prepare the right cuts and weights for the right hub.
- To confirm your order, send receipts and answer pickup questions.
- To reconcile payments and prevent duplicate or fraudulent orders.
- To keep simple operational records of weekly sales and stock.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary: Paystack processes card and transfer payments; our hub hosts receive a pickup list with your name, order reference, kilograms and cuts (not your email). We do not sell your data or send marketing messages without your request.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for accounting and customer-service purposes. You can ask us to delete personal details that are not needed for an active order or a legal record.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@orisun.tech. Include your order reference so we can find you.
Security
Order pages are protected by a per-order access key in addition to your phone number. Payment secrets are kept server-side and never exposed to the browser.
